Tada 20mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tada 20mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Tada 20mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Tada 20mg Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Does Tada 20mg Tablet affect fertility?
Tada 20mg Tablet has no impact on fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and does not affect fertility.
Should I avoid alcohol while taking Tada 20mg Tablet?
Moderate alcohol consumption may not cause discomfort. However, excessive alcohol consumption (5 units or more) could increase the risk of headache, dizziness, increased heart rate, and low blood pressure.
Does Tada 20mg Tablet delay ejaculation?
Tada 20mg Tablet is not known to affect ejaculation. It is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
What symptoms necessitate discontinuing Tada 20mg Tablet use?
You should consult your doctor immediately if you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, sudden hearing impairment, ringing in your ears, and dizziness. Additionally, contact your doctor if you experience prolonged erections (greater than 4 hours) or painful erections (greater than 6 hours).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tada 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Tada 20mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
- Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse.
- Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
