TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Does TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet affect fertility?
TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet does not affect fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and has no effect on fertility.
Should I avoid alcohol while taking TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet?
Drinking moderate amounts of alcohol (less than 5 units) is unlikely to cause discomfort. However, excessive alcohol intake may lead to headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate or low blood pressure.
Does TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet delay ejaculation?
TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet is not known to affect ejaculation. It is primarily used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
What symptoms should prompt me to discontinue TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet?
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any of the following: - Sudden vision loss in one or both eyes - Sudden hearing loss or hearing impairment - Ringing in your ears and dizziness. - Prolonged erections (more than 4 hours) with accompanying pain, which is a potentially serious condition.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use TEDAFIL 20mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
- Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse.

Breastfeed
