Tadnor 20 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadnor 20 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Tadnor 20 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

Can the use of Tadnor 20 Tablet affect fertility?
Tadnor 20 Tablet has no effect on fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and does not impact fertility.
Do I need to avoid alcohol while taking Tadnor 20 Tablet?
While small amounts of alcohol may not cause any discomfort, excessive consumption (5 units or more) can increase the likelihood of headaches, dizziness, rapid heart rate, or low blood pressure.
Does Tadnor 20 Tablet delay ejaculation?
Tadnor 20 Tablet is not known to affect ejaculation. It is prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
What are the symptoms that should prompt me to discontinue Tadnor 20 Tablet?
You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, hearing loss, ringing in your ears, and dizziness. You should also contact your doctor immediately if you experience prolonged erections lasting more than 4 hours, or painful erections lasting more than 6 hours.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tadnor 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Tadnor 20 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- Do not use Tadnor 20 Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
- Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
- Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse.
- Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tadnor 20 Tablet.

Pregnancy
Tadnor 20 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
