Tadahol 20mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadahol 20mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

What symptoms warrant discontinuing Tadahol 20mg Tablet?
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience sudden vision changes (loss of vision or blurred vision in one or both eyes), hearing loss, ringing in the ears, and dizziness. Additionally, discontinue the medication if you experience prolonged erections exceeding four hours or painful erections lasting longer than six hours.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tadahol 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Tadahol 20mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
- Avoid drinking alcohol as it can reduce your ability to get an erection and can make dizziness worse.
- Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
