In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

How it works

Atada 20mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Atada 20mg Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Atada 20mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Tips

• Do not use Atada 20mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
• Do not use Atada 20mg Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
