Tadpro 20 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadpro 20 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Tadpro 20 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

Tadpro 20 Tablet does not affect fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and has no effect on fertility.
Should I avoid alcohol while taking Tadpro 20 Tablet?
While small amounts of alcohol may not cause discomfort, excessive consumption (5 units or more) can lead to headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate, and low blood pressure.
Does Tadpro 20 Tablet delay ejaculation?
Tadpro 20 Tablet does not have a known effect on ejaculation. It is prescribed for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
What symptoms require discontinuation of Tadpro 20 Tablet?
Seek immediate medical attention if you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, a decrease in hearing or hearing loss, ringing in the ears, and dizziness. Additionally, discontinue use if you experience prolonged erections exceeding 4 hours or painful erections lasting more than 6 hours.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tadpro 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- It is best to take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Tadpro 20 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- Do not use Tadpro 20 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain)
- Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
- Do not use Tadpro 20 Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months
- or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tadpro 20 Tablet.
