Tobsin Eye Drop is effective against a wide range of bacteria. It is important to use Tobsin Eye Drop only against susceptible bacteria. Tobsin Eye Drop can kill S. Aureus and S. epidermidis, some species of Streptococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Morganella morganii, most Proteus vulgaris strains, Haemophilus influenza, and H. aegyptius, Moraxella lacunata, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus, and some Neisseria species. Please consult your doctor for the appropriate treatment regimen.
How long should I use Tobsin Eye Drop?
The duration of treatment will be determined by your doctor based on the severity of the infection. For mild to moderate infections, your doctor may advise using Tobsin Eye Drop 1-2 times per day for 4 hours. However, if you have a severe infection, your doctor may prescribe up to 2 drops every hour. Do not use more or less than prescribed by your doctor. You should follow the instructions exactly as prescribed.
How should Tobsin Eye Drop be used?
Wash your hands before using the eye drops. Avoid touching the dropper tip against your eye or any other surface. Tilt your head slightly and apply one drop into your eye. Close your eyes for 2 to 3 minutes with your head tilted down, avoiding blinking or squinting. Press gently on the inside corner of your eye with your finger for about 1 minute to keep the liquid from draining into your tear duct. If you use more than one drop, wait approximately five minutes between each drop. Wait at least ten minutes before applying any other eye drops prescribed by your doctor.
