Saptob Eye Drop is effective against a wide range of bacterial infections, including Staphylococcus aureus and epidermidis, Streptococci species, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter aerogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Morganella morganii, Haemophilus influenza, and certain Neisseria species. Your doctor will determine if this medicine is suitable for your condition.
How long should I use Saptob Eye Drop?
Your doctor will decide the duration of treatment based on the severity of your eye infection. Typically, they may recommend 1-2 drops, 4 times a day, or up to 2 drops every hour in more severe cases. Do not take more or less of it than prescribed by your doctor.
How should I use Saptob Eye Drop?
Before using the eye drops, wash your hands thoroughly and avoid touching the dropper tip against your eye or any other surface. Tilt your head slightly and instill one drop. Close your eyes for 2-3 minutes with your head tipped down, avoiding blinking or squinting. Gently press your finger to the inside corner of your eye for about 1 minute to keep the liquid from draining into your tear duct. If using multiple drops, wait about 5 minutes between each one and at least 10 minutes before applying other eye drops prescribed by your doctor.
