Direction of use

Pull stocking inside out to heel.Grasp each side of the heel and slide over the foot until the heel pocket is centred over the heel.Begin turning right-side out and continue gradually pulling up the leg.Remove folds or wrinkles and smooth over the leg.Remove by turning “inside out” and gently pulling down to the ankle
