Benzispot A Gel is a prescription medicine used to treat acne by removing dead skin layers and stopping bacterial growth. Benzispot A Gel is a combination medication used to treat acne. It works by removing the dead layer of skin on the surface and inhibiting bacterial growth. The gel contains Adapalene, a form of vitamin A, and Benzoyl Peroxide, a keratolytic medicine. Together, they prevent the accumulation of sebum, unblock pores, and allow natural exfoliation of the skin's outer layers. Benzoyl Peroxide also penetrates the skin to kill acne-causing bacteria. While effective, it may cause skin sensitivity to sunlight, dryness, redness, and peeling. Consult your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
