Zeripan 40mg Tablet reduces stomach acid production and treats acid-related diseases like heartburn, acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Zeripan 40mg Tablet is used to prevent stomach ulcers and acidity, especially with prolonged use of painkillers. It belongs to proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and should be taken one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning. The dose depends on your condition and response to the medicine. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, flatulence, diarrhea, and stomach pain. Long-term use may increase the risk of bone fractures. Consult your doctor if you have severe liver problems, are taking HIV medicines, have had allergic reactions to similar medicines, or suffer from osteoporosis. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking it.
Zeripan 40mg Tablet is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid production, relieving acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Zeripan 40mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach.
- Take Zeripan 40mg Tablet 1 hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.
- Avoid excessive intake of carbonated beverages, citrus juices, fried food, and caffeinated beverages.
- Avoid alcohol and smoking.
- Do not eat late at night or before bedtime.
- Inform your doctor if you experience watery diarrhea, fever, or persistent stomach pain.
- Consult your doctor if symptoms persist after 14 days.
- Long-term use can cause weak bones and mineral deficiencies; take calcium and magnesium supplements as prescribed.
- Do not stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor.
- Seek immediate medical attention if you develop decreased urination, edema, lower back pain, nausea, fatigue, rash, or fever.

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Zeripan 40mg Tablet.
Breastfeed
Zeripan 40mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests no significant risk to the baby.
Pregnancy
Zeripan 40mg Tablet may be unsafe during pregnancy. Limited human studies exist, but animal studies show harmful effects on the developing baby. Consult your doctor.
