Zeox OF 100mg/100mg Tablet DT is an antibiotic medicine that treats bacterial infections in children and adolescents. It contains two antibiotics, cefixime and ofloxacin, which work by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering and directly interacting with the genetic material of bacteria. The dose and duration depend upon the type and severity of the infection, child's age, and body weight. It is essential to stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of intake, repeat the same dose but do not double dose if it's time for the next dose.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Dissolve it in a glass of water before taking it. Zeox OF 100mg/100mg Tablet DT is to be taken with food.
- Your child must complete the entire course of antibiotics. Stopping too soon may cause the bacteria to multiply again or cause another infection.
- Give this medicine with food to avoid an upset stomach.
- Encourage your child to drink plenty of water in case diarrhea develops as a side effect.
- Do not give any calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamin, or antacid within 2 hours of taking Zeox OF 100mg/100mg Tablet DT as these can affect the absorption of the medicine.
- Conditions like common cold and flu are caused by viruses. Never use this medicine for such conditions.
- Only give Zeox OF 100mg/100mg Tablet DT to your child for their current infection. Never save medicine for future illnesses.
- Stop this medicine and immediately report to your child's doctor in case your child develops an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties while taking this medicine.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Zeox OF 100mg/100mg Tablet DT.
Breastfeed
Zeox OF 100mg/100mg Tablet DT is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
