Rosuast F Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines used to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, reducing the risk of heart disease. Rosuast F Tablet is a combination of two lipids (fat) lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Rosuast F Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines: Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin. Fenofibrate works by lowering the levels of triglycerides in your blood while Rosuvastatin prevents your body from making 'bad' cholesterol (LDL). Both raise the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL).
Can Rosuast F Tablet cause liver damage?
Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate are ingredients in Rosuast F Tablet. Rarely (1 in 10,000 patients), a serious complication called liver damage can occur. People with pre-existing liver conditions should not take this medication without first consulting their doctor. If you experience any early signs of liver problems like fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellowing of skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzyme levels, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
Can Rosuast F Tablet cause muscle pain?
Muscle pain is possible due to injury and can occur with this medication. However, not everyone experiences this side effect. If you experience muscle pain or weakness, speak to your doctor immediately.
