Roseil-F Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines, Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes such as a low-fat diet have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease, strokes, and heart attacks. It should be taken in addition to regular exercise and a low-fat diet. Common side effects are not listed, but it is important to notify your doctor if you experience muscle pain, weakness, stomach pain, loss of appetite, or dark urine. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medicine.

Roseil-F Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
