Turbovas-F Tablet is a combination of two lipids (fat) lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Turbovas-F Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines: Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin. Fenofibrate works by lowering the levels of triglycerides in your blood while Rosuvastatin prevents your body from making 'bad' cholesterol (LDL). Both raise the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL).
Can Turbovas-F Tablet cause liver damage?
Turbovas-F Tablet contains Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate. While rare (1 in 10,000 patients), liver damage has been reported as a side effect. Patients with pre-existing liver conditions should avoid using this medication. If you experience symptoms like fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, jaundice or yellowing of the eyes or abnormal liver enzyme levels, contact your healthcare provider immediately.
Can Turbovas-F Tablet cause muscle pain?
