Rolmo F 145mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. Rolmo F 145mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two lipids (fat) lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Rolmo F 145mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines: Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin. Fenofibrate works by lowering the levels of triglycerides in your blood while Rosuvastatin prevents your body from making 'bad' cholesterol (LDL). Both raise the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL).
Can the use of Rolmo F 145mg/10mg Tablet cause liver damage?
Rolmo F 145mg/10mg Tablet contains Rosuvastatin and Fenofibrate. Although rare, liver damage is a potential side effect, occurring in approximately 1 in 10,000 patients. Patients with underlying liver disease should avoid using this medicine. If you experience early signs and symptoms of liver damage, such as fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzymes, contact your doctor immediately.
