Ralrox A 150 mg/60 mg Tablet is a combination medicine that treats various types of respiratory infections by acting against microorganisms and diluting thick mucus for easy cough out. Ralrox A 150 mg/60 mg Tablet is a prescription medicine that should be taken as suggested by the doctor. It can be taken with or without food but must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose as this may have harmful effects on your body. Ralrox A 150 mg/60 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Roxithromycin and Ambroxol which treat respiratory tract infection associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Roxithromycin is a macrolide antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) making it easier to cough out. Addition of Ambroxol enhances the antibacterial effect of Roxithromycin.

If you do not improve after completing the full course of treatment with Ralrox A 150 mg/60 mg Tablet, inform your doctor. Also, notify your doctor if your symptoms are worsening while on this medication.
