Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Menolate Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Tips

• Take Menolate Tablet at any time of day with or without food but it is best to take it at the same time each day.
• Along with taking Menolate Tablet, you can use a heating pad or try gentle massage and relaxation techniques to get relief during periods.
• Inform your doctor if there is no improvement in your bleeding after using this medicine for three consecutive periods.
• Inform your doctor if you have any bleeding disorders.
• Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea).
• If you get diarrhea while taking this medicine, consult your doctor immediately.
