Magclin-AB Gel is a prescription medicine used to treat acne by removing the dead layer of the skin, stopping the growth of bacteria, and preventing accumulation of sebum. Magclin-AB Gel is a combination of Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide, which treats acne (pimples) by preventing accumulation of sebum, unblocking pores, and allowing natural exfoliation of the outer layers of skin. Benzoyl Peroxide also kills acne-causing bacteria. It is used for external use only and should be applied in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor.

Apply the gel to the affected area once a day at bedtime. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.
- Apply it to the affected area once a day at bedtime.
- It makes your skin more sensitive toward sunlight. Apply sunscreen or wear protective clothing while stepping out.
- Avoid getting it in your eyes or mouth. If this happens, rinse with water immediately.
- Do not apply to broken, sunburnt, or sensitive areas of skin.
- Be careful when applying Magclin-AB Gel to large areas since it can bleach hair, clothing, and furnishings upon contact.

Breastfeed
Magclin-AB Gel is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Pregnancy
Magclin-AB Gel may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
