Floxcrev MS Oral Suspension is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the teeth, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, and genital tract in children. Floxcrev MS Oral Suspension is given to children for the treatment of bacterial infections of the teeth, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, and genital tract. This medicine is also given as an empirical antibiotic for infected diarrhea mixed with blood and serious infections like peritonitis.
Floxcrev MS Oral Suspension is a combination of three active ingredients. While two of its ingredients, namely ofloxacin and metronidazole, are antibiotics, simethicone is a gas-absorbing agent that improves gastric tolerability of the combination. The antibiotic ingredients interfere with the genetic material of bacteria by impairing its DNA. This kills the infection-causing bacteria, preventing its growth and stopping the infection. On the other hand, Simethicone binds with the gas bubbles produced as a result of the other two ingredients or as a result of some other problem. By doing so, it aids in the removal of gases and provides relief in stomach pain and bloating.
What should I inform the doctor before administering Floxcrev MS Oral Suspension to my child?

What should I do if my child doesn't show improvement after taking Floxcrev MS Oral Suspension for the prescribed duration?
