It may take several weeks or months to notice the benefits, but do not stop taking it unless advised by your doctor. Avoid alcohol consumption as it may increase the risk of liver damage. Common side effects include ulcerative stomatitis, hair loss, low blood cell count, increased liver enzymes, nausea, and abdominal distress. Your doctor may recommend folic acid to mitigate some of these effects. This medicine may lower your ability to fight infections and affect your blood, liver, or kidneys. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Cytotrex 7.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
