Cupira 25mg Tablet does not interfere with the functioning of valproic acid, but it does increase the risk of excessive ammonia levels in the blood (hyperammonemia). High ammonia levels can be dangerous and may lead to difficulties with thinking, memory, problem-solving, alertness, and a feeling of extreme tiredness. If you experience any of these symptoms, inform your doctor immediately. While rare, Cupira 25mg Tablet alone can cause hyperammonemia.
