Cet Go 2.5mg Syrup is a medication used to treat various symptoms caused by allergic conditions such as hay fever, urticaria, conjunctivitis, and common cold in children. Cet Go 2.5mg Syrup is given to children to treat a wide range of symptoms caused due to allergic conditions like hay fever, urticaria (hives), conjunctivitis (red, itchy eye), and common cold. These symptoms may include watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, and itching.
Cet Go 2.5mg Syrup belongs to a class of medicines called antihistamines. It blocks the natural chemical substance (histamine) produced in the body during an allergic state. It also subsides (lowers) your child’s immune system’s response to these conditions thereby reducing the symptoms.
My child is restless and unable to sleep properly at night. Can I give Cet Go 2.5mg Syrup?
No, although this medicine can cause drowsiness as a side effect, it should not be given to induce sleep in children. Consult your child’s doctor if your child has trouble sleeping as it could be due to some other underlying condition.

Cet Go 2.5mg Syrup is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
