Zerograin-Plus Tablet is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of migraine. It prevents pain signals and fever associated with migraine and blocks substances in the brain that trigger nausea or vomiting. Zerograin-Plus Tablet is taken without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Zerograin-Plus Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Domperidone, Flunarizine, and Paracetamol which prevent migraine accompanied by nausea/vomiting. Domperidone is an antiemetic and prokinetic which blocks the action of dopamine (a chemical messenger) in the brain which causes nausea and vomiting. Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker which works by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels in the head thereby preventing migraine headache. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain.
