Why do I need to take prednisolone with Zabpro 500mg Tablet?
Your doctor will prescribe prednisolone with Zabpro 500mg Tablet. This combination lowers the risk of developing high blood pressure, fluid retention (swelling), or low potassium levels in your blood. These are potential side effects related to Zabpro 500mg Tablet.
Does Zabpro 500mg Tablet affect my liver?
Zabpro 500mg Tablet can cause serious liver problems. In rare cases, it may even lead to complete liver failure (called acute liver failure), which could be life-threatening. If you experience symptoms such as yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, or severe nausea and vomiting, seek medical help immediately because they could indicate liver problems.
How frequently should I have my liver checked during treatment?
Prior to starting treatment, you need a liver enzyme blood test. You will need periodic liver enzyme measurements: every two weeks for the first three months of treatment and then monthly thereafter.
