Xor A 150mg/30mg Tablet is a combination medicine that treats various types of respiratory infections by acting against microorganisms and diluting thick mucus for easy cough out. Xor A 150mg/30mg Tablet is a prescription medicine that should be taken as suggested by the doctor. It can be taken with or without food but must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Xor A 150mg/30mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Roxithromycin and Ambroxol which treat respiratory tract infection associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Roxithromycin is a macrolide antibiotic that stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins which are required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) making it easier to cough out.
