Vriclob NM Cream is a combination of four medicines: Clobetasol, Neomycin, Miconazole, and Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Neomycin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Miconazole is an antifungal that stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate has astringent and antiseptic action.
