These stockings can be used to relieve ankle discomfort, varicose pain, and improve overall comfort and stability.

To put on the stocking, use the applicator provided in the box to slide the stocking up towards the knee. Hold the heel portion in your palm and reverse the stocking outward. Slide the inverted stocking onto your foot, making sure the heel fits perfectly. Slowly pull up the stocking, ensuring there are no creases.
