Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that reduces the activity of the cough center in the brain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.

Direction of use
