Topilep 100 Tablet does not interfere with the working of valproic acid; however, taking both medications together increases the risk of hyperammonemia (elevated ammonia levels in the blood). Symptoms may include confusion, difficulty concentrating, and decreased alertness. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice these symptoms. In rare cases, Topilep 100 Tablet alone can also cause hyperammonemia.
Can Topilep 100 Tablet be used in children?
