Elevated ammonia levels can be dangerous and may lead to difficulties with thinking, remembering information, or solving problems, decreased alertness, and feelings of fatigue and low energy. It is important to inform your doctor immediately if you experience any of these symptoms. In rare cases, Topamet 100mg Tablet itself could cause hyperammonemia.
