Topaheal 50mg Tablets do not interfere with the effectiveness of valproic acid, but it increases the risk of hyperammonemia (high levels of ammonia in the blood). High levels of ammonia in the blood can be dangerous and may cause difficulty concentrating, remembering information, or solving problems. It could also decrease your alertness and make you feel very sleepy with low energy. Always inform your doctor immediately if you notice these symptoms as they require immediate attention.
