Terbiase M Cream is a combination of two medicines that effectively treat fungal infections of the skin. Terbiase M Cream should be used regularly to get the most benefit from it. Do not use more than you needed, it will not clear your condition faster and may only increase the side effects. Skin infections will usually get better after 2 to 6 weeks. Do not use the medicine for longer than your doctor has told you to and let him or her know if your condition does not improve after 2 to 6 weeks of treatment. The effects of medicine can be increased by keeping the affected area clean and dry and washing hands before and after treating the infection.
Terbiase M Cream is a combination of two medicines: Mometasone and Terbinafine which treat skin infections. Mometasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Terbinafine is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.
- Apply the cream as prescribed by your doctor
- Do not use this medicine more often or for longer than advised by your doctor
- Before each application, wash the affected area with soap and water and dry well
- Avoid getting it in the eyes, mouth or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas
- Stop using Terbiase M Cream and inform your doctor if you notice any irritation or any other skin infection
- Inform your doctor if the treated skin area does not improve after 2-6 weeks of treatment
- It is advisable not to touch or scratch the infected area as it can worsen the situation
- Application site reactions like burning, irritation, itching, and redness

Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
Pregnancy
The medicine is not recommended for pregnant women.
