Tadpro 10 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Tadpro 10 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Tadpro 10 Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Tadpro 10 Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.
Does Tadpro 10 Tablet affect fertility?
Tadpro 10 Tablet does not affect fertility. It works by relaxing the muscles of penile blood vessels and has no effect on fertility.
Should I avoid alcohol while taking Tadpro 10 Tablet?
Small amounts of alcohol may not cause any discomfort, but drinking too much (5 units or more) can increase your chances of experiencing headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate or low blood pressure.
Does Tadpro 10 Tablet delay ejaculation?
Tadpro 10 Tablet does not delay ejaculation. It is prescribed for erectile dysfunction treatment.
What are the symptoms that should prompt me to discontinue Tadpro 10 Tablet?
If you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, sudden hearing loss or a ringing sensation in your ears and dizziness, immediately contact your doctor. If you experience prolonged erections for more than 4 hours or painful erections longer than 6 hours, also consult your doctor immediately.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tadpro 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- Do not use Tadpro 10 Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- Do not use Tadpro 10 Tablet if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tadpro 10 Tablet.
Breastfeed

Pregnancy
Tadpro 10 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
