Tadaflow 10mg Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It increases blood flow to the penis to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs. Tadaflow 10mg Tablet is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels. Tadaflow 10mg Tablet also relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs. When the blood vessels relax and widen, it's easier for the heart to pump blood through the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

While moderate alcohol consumption is unlikely to cause issues, excessive drinking (5 units or more) may increase the risk of experiencing headaches, dizziness, increased heart rate, or low blood pressure.

No, Tadaflow 10mg Tablet does not influence ejaculation. It is specifically used to treat erectile dysfunction and related conditions.
What symptoms should prompt me to stop taking Tadaflow 10mg Tablet?
If you experience sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, a sudden decrease in hearing or complete hearing loss, ringing in your ears, or dizziness, seek medical attention immediately. Additionally, if you experience prolonged erections (lasting more than 4 hours) or painful erections (lasting more than 6 hours), consult your doctor.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tadaflow 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- Take it an hour before sexual intercourse. But you can take it anytime between 30 minutes and 4 hours before sexual activity.
- Do not take it more than once a day.
- Do not use Tadaflow 10mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain).
- It may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
- Seek medical attention if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse.
- Do not use Tadaflow 10mg Tablet if you have recently taken nitrates (medicines used in angina or chest pain) if you have had a heart attack in the past 3 months or stroke or heart failure in the past 6 months.
Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Tadaflow 10mg Tablet.
Breastfeed

Pregnancy
