Syskof L Syrup is a combination of Ambroxol, Levosalbutamol / Levalbuterol, and Guaifenesin. It is used to treat coughs with mucus. Ambroxol acts as a mucolytic agent, thinning and loosening the mucus for easier coughing. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles, widening the airways. Guaifenesin works as an expectorant by decreasing mucus stickiness and facilitating its removal from the airways.
