Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic that relaxes stomach and gut muscles, stopping sudden muscle contractions (spasms). Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation.
