Solzar 5mg Tablet is a synthetic progesterone derivative used in the treatment of recurrent miscarriages and premature labor. Solzar 5mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at the same time each day to get the most benefit. It should be taken as per your doctor's advice. The dose and frequency depend on the condition being treated. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. Common side effects include edema, bloating, headache, depression, fatigue, altered libido, irregular menstrual cycle, gastrointestinal disturbances, and excessive hair growth. Inform your doctor if these side effects bother you or appear serious. Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have had undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, incomplete abortion, heart disease, or kidney problems. Also, inform your doctor about all other medicines you are taking as they may affect the efficacy of Solzar 5mg Tablet.
Solzar 5mg Tablet is a progestin (female hormone). It helps in maintaining pregnancy by promoting the attachment of the embryo to the lining of the womb and improving blood flow to the placenta. It also relaxes the uterus muscles, thereby preventing premature labor.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Solzar 5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
