Read the leaflet that comes with the medicine for a full guide on how to use the drops and get the most benefit. Don’t touch the tip of the dropper or bottle. This may lead to infection. You should use this medicine regularly to get the most benefit and it’s best done at the same time(s) each day. If you want to stop using it, consult your doctor first.

How it works

Sincool Plus Eye Drop is a combination of three medicines: Naphazoline, Chlorpheniramine, and Methylcellulose. Naphazoline is a decongestant which narrows the blood vessels in the eye, thereby reducing redness and inflammation (swelling). Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Methylcellulose is a lubricant similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness in the eye.

Direction of use

This medicine is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.

Tips

• Sincool Plus Eye Drop provides soothing relief from eye irritation due to allergy
• It should usually be used twice a day (in the morning and the evening). If your symptoms are particularly severe, your doctor may suggest you use them up to four times a day.
• After applying Sincool Plus Eye Drop, close your eyes and place one finger at the corner of your eye. Apply gentle pressure for 1 to 2 minutes before opening your eyes. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
• Avoid wearing contact lenses until your doctor advises you that it is suitable for you to wear your lenses again.
