Sereval Plus H 12.5mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of depression associated with anxiety. Sereval Plus H 12.5mg/5mg Tablet is taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at a fixed time each day to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the blood. In case you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Never skip any dose and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms. Taking this medicine for a long time may require regular monitoring of blood and liver functions.
Sereval Plus H 12.5mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sereval Plus H 12.5mg/5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Sereval Plus H 12.5mg/5mg Tablet.
Breastfeed
Sereval Plus H 12.5mg/5mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
Sereval Plus H 12.5mg/5mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
