How it works

Direction of use

To use the device, keep the body relaxed before taking the measurement, keep the palm facing up and insert the cuff at the heart level, make sure the cuff is tight and taped up, keep an inner space at one finger between the cuff and the arm, push the start button, and after 40 seconds, the display will show the pressure level and heart rate.

Tips

• Rest for at least 5 minutes, and do not smoke or take stimulating drinks like coffee and alcohol before taking the measurement
• Relax for at least 30 minutes after intensive exercise before taking the measurement
