Rosufit-F 10/160 Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines used to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, reducing the risk of heart disease. Rosufit-F 10/160 Tablet is a combination of two lipids (fat) lowering medicines. It is used to lower the levels of lipids known as cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood when lifestyle changes (eg. low-fat diet) on their own have failed. This medicine helps to reduce the risk of heart disease.
Rosufit-F 10/160 Tablet is a combination of two lipid-lowering medicines: Fenofibrate and Rosuvastatin. Fenofibrate works by lowering the levels of triglycerides in your blood while Rosuvastatin prevents your body from making 'bad' cholesterol (LDL). Both raise the levels of “good” cholesterol (HDL).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rosufit-F 10/160 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
- Rosufit-F 10/160 Tablet is a combination of two medicines that provides better control over high cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
- It decreases the risk of heart diseases and helps prevent strokes and heart attacks.
- It should be taken in addition to regular exercise and low-fat diet to lower levels of fat in the blood.
- Notify your doctor if you experience muscle symptoms (pain or weakness) particularly if accompanied with fever.
- Notify your doctor if you experience stomach pain, loss of hunger, a sick feeling or dark urine.
- Do not discontinue Rosufit-F 10/160 Tablet without consulting your doctor even if you feel better.
- Avoid alcohol consumption (includes wine, beer, and liquor).

Alcohol
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Rosufit-F 10/160 Tablet.
Breastfeed
Rosufit-F 10/160 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
Rosufit-F 10/160 Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby.
