Repalol H Tablet is a medicine that treats hypertension (high blood pressure). It is a combination of medicines that controls blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. Repalol H Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It makes you lose excess water through urine hence try to take it at day time or 4 hours before bedtime to avoid frequent urination at night. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.
Repalol H Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Losartan, Atenolol and Hydrochlorothiazide which lower blood pressure effectively.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Repalol H Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
- Do not stop taking Repalol H Tablet suddenly without talking to your doctor.
- Drink plenty of fluids and Inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness or very dry mouth.
