Pilorute Cream is a combination of six medicines: Lidocaine, Calcium Dobesilate, Hydrocortisone, Phenylephrine, Zinc Oxide, and Troxerutin. Each medicine has a specific action: Lidocaine blocks pain signals, Calcium Dobesilate and Troxerutin strengthen blood vessels, Hydrocortisone reduces redness and swelling, Phenylephrine shrinks swollen blood vessels, and Zinc Oxide has astringent and antiseptic action.
