You should take the medicine regularly while you do need it and try not to miss doses as it will become less effective. It should be used with caution in people who have any problems with their heart, kidneys, or liver. Using this medicine may cause sleep problems (insomnia), nervousness, irritation, or restlessness. What is the recommended dose of Parcaff 50mg/500mg Tablet?
The recommended doses for adults and children are different. Adults should take 1-2 tablets every 4 hours, not exceeding 8 tablets a day. Children should be given 1 tablet every 4 hours, not exceeding 4 tablets a day.

Breastfeed
Parcaff 50mg/500mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnancy
Parcaff 50mg/500mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
