Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant that acts on the brain and spinal cord centers to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, improving pain and muscle movement.

Direction of use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Paraflax Tablet is to be taken with food.

Tips

• You have been prescribed Paraflax Tablet to get relief from pain and stiffness in the muscles.
• Along with taking it, your doctor might advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain.
• You might experience nausea; ask your doctor to prescribe you an antiemetic if it troubles you.
• Immediately seek medical help if you experience hallucinations, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle twitching, or loss of coordination.
• Inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures, heart disease, or stroke.
• Stop using this medicine and check with your doctor right away if you are having symptoms like abdominal pain, clay-colored stools, dark urine, fever, itching, loss of appetite, tiredness, or yellow eyes or skin.
