It also neutralizes the acid and promotes easy passage of gas to reduce stomach discomfort.
Pantos-L Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Levosulpiride and Pantoprazole.
What is the recommended time to take Pantos-L Capsule?
Take Pantos-L Capsule exactly as directed by your doctor. It is best to take one capsule on an empty stomach daily.
Are there any contraindications for using Pantos-L Capsule?
Use of Pantos-L Capsule should be avoided in patients with known allergy to any of the components or excipients of this medicine.
Can Pantos-L Capsule cause dizziness?
Yes, use of Pantos-L Capsule can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady, or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is best to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.
Does the use of Pantos-L Capsule increase fracture risk?
Some studies suggest that Pantos-L Capsule may increase the risk of osteoporosis-related fractures of the hip, wrist, or spine. The risk was higher in patients who received high doses (multiple daily doses and long-term therapy - one year or longer).

Alcohol

Pantos-L Capsule is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.

Pantos-L Capsule is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
