Pantakind DSR is a combination capsule containing domperidone and pantoprazole, used for treating GERD, peptic ulcers, and other gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, acidity, and heartburn. Pantakind DSR is a combination of Domperidone and Pantoprazole used to manage gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), reflux esophagitis, peptic ulcers, and to relieve symptoms like nausea, vomiting, bloating, burping, acidity, and heartburn.
Domperidone is a prokinetic agent which speeds up the movements of food from the stomach to the intestines and blocks nausea and vomiting by acting on dopamine D2 receptors. Pantoprazole is a proton-pump inhibitor that reduces acid secretion in the stomach by blocking the actions of the H+/K+-ATPase enzyme.

PANTAKIND DSR is used to manage peptic ulcers, GERD and reflux esophagitis. It can also be used to manage nausea, vomiting, bloating, burping, acidity and heartburn.
