Padigesic SP 50mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is a pain-relieving medicine used to relieve moderate pain and reduce fever in conditions such as muscle ache, back pain, joint pain, menstrual cramps, and toothache. Padigesic SP 50mg/325mg/10mg Tablet should be taken with food to prevent an upset stomach. The dose and duration depend on the condition being treated and the patient's response to the medication. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, and heartburn. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or worsen. Padigesic SP 50mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Padigesic SP 50mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is to be taken with food.

Alcohol
