Nortipan-DM 75mg/20mg Capsule is used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It contains pregabalin and duloxetine, which together help in pain relief by acting on nerve cells and chemical messengers in the brain. Nortipan-DM 75mg/20mg Capsule is used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It decreases pain by controlling calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. It also increases the level of chemical messengers in the brain that helps maintain mental balance and stop the movement of pain signals in the brain.
Nortipan-DM 75mg/20mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: pregabalin and duloxetine. Pregabalin decreases neurotransmitter release, while duloxetine boosts serotonin and norepinephrine levels to modulate pain perception, working together to relieve nerve pain.

- Nortipan-DM 75mg/20mg Capsule is used for treating nerve pain caused by diabetes, shingles, fibromyalgia, and spinal cord injuries.
- You may have to wait for 2 to 4 weeks before it starts working.
- It may cause dizziness during the first few weeks. Don’t drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how Nortipan-DM 75mg/20mg Capsule affects you.
- Avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage.
- Monitor your blood pressure regularly, especially during the first month of treatment.
- It may cause a sensation of restlessness or an inability to sit or stand still, especially when you first start taking it. Inform your doctor if this happens to you.
